Black Women Owned Small Business

Black Woman of Color Founder of

Green-Corps.org and ESJ Design Arts

I am an Afro-Black Indigenous Woman of Color from both the ABI Diaspora in the Americas & the African Diaspora as a result of biological genocide and colonization in America & the Trans-Atlantic Chattel Slavery Institution in America.
ABI, Afro-Black Indigenous, why does it matter to identify as such... you tell me?
Why do people feel threatened by Afro textured hair?
Why do groups feel threatened by Black skin?
Why do institutions feel threatened by peoples who live off the land and are not living by counter productive socialized norms embedded in cultures & industries?
Maybe the answers are in the questions?
I would say, another important question is how can we work together without being enslaved?  Consider what modern day Eugenics sterilization looks like from the perspective of Black Women of Color struggling with the question of reproductive freedom, stigmatized mental health and socialized infertility.  Embedded cultural "Norms'' what does that even mean?  What does modern day enslavement of non-Black peoples look like?  ESJ Design Arts and Green-Corps.org were created to address important questions such as these from an ecologically productive perspective.

About the Founder/Artist Dana "BlackBodyMother" Gibson from East Los Angeles, California

Stylized art for BIPOC realism in animation and gaming.  VusaManga Arts and ESJ Designs created for education and empowerment.  Anime inspired artistry dedicated to Black Women of Color Arts and Nature.

Dana, Black Body Mother, gives to all, the Black Women of Color Art and Nature series, ESJ Fine Art style, VusaManga Animations, and Afro-Digital Anime.  ESJ Design Arts is an art space for ABI Diaspora Realism emphasizing black women of color depicted with respect and exulting naturally coiled hair.  Creative educational pathways are developed for young people's engagement with diversity in the arts, Afro-Black Indigenous animation, and eco-friendly technologies, all while building Environmental and Social Justice industry integrations.

VusaManga Arts focuses on realism and folklore from the BIPOC, diverse Africana, and Oceania cultures to thrive with all the qualities of beauty, cuteness, and elegance that begins with a coil.  BlackBodyMother, artist for ESJ Design Arts, unlocks the world of The Forest Nymphs: Forest is like the sky, Soil is like the Ocean. Mermays of the Forest Realm, inspired by cuttlefish and mycelium, soil science, and tree canopy restoration.  Biofeelia Goddesses of Ether with Animalia Spirit Guides:  Shoe-billed Stork, Cuttlefish, Red Panda, Flying Dragon Lizard, Reindeer

As a U.S. Navy veteran, qualified in Naval Nuclear Power Technologies, and Electrical Distribution, I've served on-board an Aircraft Carrier stationed at Coronado, California, developing a unique combination of social, business and technical skills that are useful for advancing sustainability focused engineering. Certified in Permaculture Design, measurable earth activism is an intrinsic feature of my insight toward resilient infrastructures and social empowerment.  As a Structural Engineering Major at UC San Diego, I established Green Corps as a pathway to Sustainable Socio-Ecological Optimization - SSEO, Holistic Sustainability for environmental and social justice.

In a global culture saturated with unconscious and environmental bias towards colorism, "I offer a safe space for all, all people of color, to embrace their Blackness. The fullness of the lips, the presence of any amount of melanin in the skin, the eyes, and the hair, and most importantly the presence of any form of a curl in the hair." However, in mainstream entertainment, animation technologies, and visual arts natural curly hair, kinks to coils to curls, is not depicted in a method of standardized animated realism.

Why We Need More Green Corps Like ESJ Design Arts

(from Green-Corps.org website, Why We Need Green Corps)

Climate Change - SSEO System Designs are necessary for the natural disaster resilience required for a sustainable future.

Social Justice - Green Corps provides an alternative social construct based on mutual aid and a self-sufficient infrastructure in a time consumed by a toxic power structure built and based on a culture of marginalization and violence.

Optimization of Biodiversity - The Green Corps Mission aims toward biomimcry, remediation, food justice, and the restoration of biological resilience base on biodiversity; mass extinctions of our natural capital must be stopped, and resilient biodiversity must be revitalized.

Broad efforts in environmental sustainability, advances in technology, and tremendous historical struggles for civil rights are pieces of our revolution, the revolution of the millennium, a vision of urban ecology and an evolution of our society, architecture, and infrastructures into Millennial Agriculture, a self-sufficient infrastructure, mutual aid construct providing a system that works for us all!

Green Corps working together toward the betterment of the local and global environment.
